WHO WE ARE
We are headquartered in Bucharest and focused on consulting services for investors in Balkans, especially in Romania. The founder, Lukáš Melnický, is a Czech citizen living in Bucharest and working on projects in Romania since 2000.
We prepare the market studies, industry and company profiles, field statistics, macroeconomic analysis. We assist foreign clients in their investment decisions in Romania, eventually Bulgaria, Serbia. We participate on mergers and acquisitions projects.
